Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Vorela purchase.

RIGHT OF RETURN You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To start a return, contact us at hello@vorelashop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

REFUNDS Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 20 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been issued.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at hello@vorelashop.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS) If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. This right applies alongside, and does not limit, the return policy described above.
